Angela is a Certified Personal Trainer and her main goal is to help each client develop a long lasting passion for fitness and healthy living. Angela will coach you on how to exercise with ideal form and technique, always with consideration of the client’s needs and current physical abilities. As your trainer, Angela will plan ahead each workout, with realistic exercise goals, making sure you feel accomplished with every single workout.
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. As I assist you to stretch with just the perfect amount of intensity, you will find it to be a rewarding and relaxing experience.
